This Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module gives patients and consumers the ability to create meaningful connections with your facility through our Healthcare Unified Technology (HUT).
Consumers and patients can search for available classes and events in their community through your facility website. With Classes and Events they can register for a class or event, pay for the class or event, and receive a registration receipt and confirmation email. They can also withdraw, receive a refund and view their classes and events history.
The intuitive search capabilities of this feature allow patients and consumers to use keywords, facility names, zip codes and more to find the class or event they are looking for. The classes and events that are searchable are tailored to each facility depending on what is offered.
